About Talaash Association Talaash Association is a national human rights organization of India working to protect & promote the rights of women & children. Our vision is to establish a society free from discrimination, exploitation, injustice and poverty; where every child and woman can live with dignity and their human rights are respected.

Core Values

The core values of the organization are based on the word spark “NIMTEER” which stands for N – Need to I – Integrate our M – Motives in a T – Transparent and tactical manner and being E – Eager and E – Earnest in order to R – Reform society.
The organization works closely with the government and national-international development agencies and in partnership with corporate bodies to fight against exploitation, social injustice and harassment of children and women.

Talaash Association also works to support, share the pain of, and address the needs of every child & woman and be the voice for changing survivors’ lives and contributes to the promotion & protection of women and children’s rights through advocacy, prevention, protection, prosecution, partnership and integration rights-based approach. This multifaceted approach aims to take the victim from a state of victimization to integrating them as productive members of the society . Along the way, awareness and advocacy programs are also conducted to raise awareness of general public to the plight of the victims.
