Program Development Manager

- Post-Graduation in Business Studies, Social Work, Social Science, Political science, International Relation, Mass communication and other relevant degree
- Strong written, oral and interpersonal communication skills
- Attention to detail
- An eye for good design and clean branding
- Able to work independently and collaboratively, to take initiative and to build valuable tasks to benefit the organization
- Good sense of humor, able to work in fun environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft office suite (Word, Excel, Power Point, etc)
- Non-profit experience preferred but not required
- Social Media influencer
- Event promotion and production: small fundraising events
- Researching and developing innovative ways to promote Talaash Association and raise funds
- Building repo with community, CSR companies & International Donors
- Conduct campaign, workshop, training, carnival and exhibition.
- Administrative duties, including filing-case management process and photocopying, greeting Talaash Association guests and running errands
- Media campaign, advocacy and community management
- Carry out awareness raising program on the issue of human trafficking & child rights
- Perform any other job as and when deemed necessary by the management
